Request a Lilly Bag for a recent Stillbirth or Infant Loss

Thank you for reaching out to our ministry as we strive to support mamas who have recently had a stillbirth or infant loss.

Thank you for entrusting us to care for others who are walking in unimaginable pain and loss.

Requests are asked to be for families that have lost a baby within the last 6 months. If you fall outside that timeframe, I will send a keepsake care package with just some personalized items. 

The following form is required to receive a bag or have one sent on someone's behalf. Please know I work as quickly as possible, but given the demand, it can take a couple of months for a request to be complete.
