Request a Lilly Bag

Thank you for reaching out to our ministry as we strive to support mamas who have recently had a stillbirth or infant loss.

Thank you for entrusting us to care for others who are walking in unimaginable pain and loss.

Please note; these packages are designed for stillbirth & infant loss only. Sadly, at this time, I do not have the capability to provide miscarriage requests. 

Requests are asked to be for families that have lost a baby within the last 6 months. If you fall out of that timeframe, I will send a keepsake care package that contains just some personalized items. 

The following form is required to receive or have a bag sent on someone's behalf. Please know I work as quickly as possible, but given the demand, it can a couple of months for a request to be complete.
